HRIS & Payroll System

Challenge

Manually managed HR administration — attendance recaps, leave requests, and salary calculations — consumed time every month-end and was prone to miscalculation. Company-specific policies (allowance components, deduction rules, approval structures) also couldn’t be accommodated by off-the-shelf apps.

Solution

We implemented a Laravel + Vue based HRIS platform, then customized it continuously for over three years as company policies evolved:

• Attendance — daily attendance records integrated with payroll calculation.
• Leave & permission requests — multi-level approval flows with automatic leave balances.
• Payroll — configurable salary components, allowances, and deductions; digital payslips for employees.
• Organization structure & employee data — a single source of employee data for the whole group.
• Reports — attendance and payroll recaps for management and finance.

Results

• The monthly payroll cycle runs faster with consistent calculations.
• Employees manage leave and access payslips on their own (self-service).
• Employee data is centralized and always up to date for HR and management.
• The system keeps adapting to new policies through hundreds of development iterations.
