Challenge

A baby & kids swim school needed an online presence that reassures parents: clear program information, class schedules that are always accurate, and the simplest possible registration path — without building a complex online payment system.

Solution

We built a modern static website with Astro 6 and Tailwind CSS v4, designed to be fast and SEO-friendly:

• Headless CMS (Sanity) — staff can update programs, pricing, and content without touching code.
• Google Calendar schedules — class schedules on the website stay in sync with the operational calendar.
• Instagram Reels embed — a video gallery straight from the school’s social media.
• WhatsApp booking — registration and manual payment confirmation over chat, matching how customers already communicate.
• Bilingual (ID/EN) with on-page SEO, deployed to Netlify.

Results

• The site looks professional and loads fast on mobile — the parents’ primary channel.
• Schedules never go stale since they sync automatically from the calendar.
• Registrations flow straight into WhatsApp without long-form friction.
