Solution

We built a Node.js-based WhatsApp automation system with AI as the conversational layer:

• Two WhatsApp connection paths — the official WhatsApp Cloud API or an alternative channel, unified behind a single adapter interface for easy switching.
• LLM-powered auto-reply (Claude) — incoming messages are answered contextually with real-time streamed responses, following the defined business knowledge guidelines.
• Outreach campaigns — scheduled outreach messages to contact lists with delivery status tracking.
• Human escalation — the team can take over any conversation whenever needed.
